Data user and purposes
Eagle Court Ventures Limited collects application information to assess programme fit, review and communicate the application outcome, arrange guided setup if selected, activate and support the service, meet security obligations and administer withdrawal or data-rights requests.
Information collected
Required fields include applicant name, email, mobile, Hong Kong district, domestic-helper confirmation, primary problem, household size, children’s age bands, helper count, language preference and setup availability. Optional problem detail and optional marketing preference are collected separately.
Required and optional choices
Providing application data is voluntary, but we cannot review an application without required fields and required service-communication consent. Marketing consent is optional and separate. If you opt in, Rellan may use your name, email address and Hong Kong mobile number for direct marketing about Rellan household-coordination products and services, feature releases, programme or cohort invitations and related Rellan offers. Rellan will not use those details for direct marketing unless it has received your consent. You may give consent through the optional marketing checkbox and withdraw it at any time, free of charge, using the unsubscribe method in a message or by emailing privacy@hellorellan.com. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect required service communications.
Potential recipients
Authorised Rellan personnel and providers supporting hosting, databases, application processing, communications, analytics, security, customer support and AI processing may receive only the information reasonably needed for their function. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Processing location depends on the verified provider configuration; this notice does not promise a specific hosting location.
Retention, withdrawal and deletion
Applications and programme records are retained according to approved operational and legal requirements. Rellan does not promise automatic deletion. You may withdraw an application or request access or correction, or make a retention or erasure enquiry; requests are identity-verified and handled subject to applicable retention obligations.
