Accessing and correcting your personal data
Request access
You may ask whether Eagle Court Ventures Limited holds personal data about you and request access to that data, subject to applicable law and any permitted limitations.
Request correction
If personal data held about you is inaccurate, you may request correction and provide the information needed to identify the relevant record and explain the change.
How to make a request
Email privacy@hellorellan.com with the subject “Data access request” or “Data correction request”. Include your name, the contact method associated with Rellan and enough detail to identify the information. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email.
Identity and household information
We may need to verify identity and authority before disclosing or changing household information. This helps protect other household members and role-restricted records.
Response
We will acknowledge the request, explain any information or verification needed and respond within the period required by applicable law. A fee may apply only where permitted by law and will be explained before the request is processed.

Retention and erasure enquiries
Under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, statutory rights of access and correction are available for personal data held about you.
You may also ask Rellan to review whether personal data should be erased because it is no longer required for the purpose for which it is held. Section 26 requires erasure when personal data is no longer required, subject to applicable exceptions. The Ordinance does not create a general right to deletion on demand.
