Information and purposes
Rellan may hold account and contact details; household members, roles and permissions; routines, schedules, meal preferences and child-related context; approved helper instructions; relevant salary and leave records; receipts and household cash records; messages, approvals, corrections and technical security records. We use this information to review applications, provide and support the service, prepare approved plans and records, authenticate roles, investigate errors and meet applicable legal obligations.
Providers and AI processing
Providers may support hosting, databases, communications, privacy-minimised analytics, customer support, payment processing when enabled and AI processing. Relevant data may be sent to an approved AI provider when needed for a household request. Providers should receive only what is reasonably needed for their function. Processing locations and model-data controls depend on the verified active configuration; Rellan does not make an unqualified no-training or hosting-location claim.
Household roles and helper fairness
Access reflects the household role and approved permissions. Employer-only administration and private financial information are not exposed to helpers. Helpers receive role-relevant approved instructions and permitted records. Rellan does not provide covert monitoring or productivity scores. Consequential changes require the applicable employer approval.
Analytics and security
Product analytics uses stable event names and operational metadata. Sensitive message content is not recorded in product analytics by default. Administrative, technical and organisational controls are used to reduce unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention, access, correction and deletion
Information is retained only as reasonably required for its purpose, service operation, disputes and legal obligations. Retention varies by record type and deletion is not represented as automatic. You may request access or correction, or make a retention or erasure enquiry, subject to identity verification and applicable retention duties, through the data-rights process or privacy@hellorellan.com.
Marketing and contact
