These terms cover this marketing website and early-access applications. Selected households will receive additional participation and product terms before onboarding.
Website information
The website describes the intended Rellan service and may include clearly labelled illustrative household examples. Early-access functionality may change as the product is tested and improved.
Early-access applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. We may consider household fit, cohort capacity, operating requirements and our ability to support the household safely and effectively. Applicants must provide accurate information and have authority to apply on behalf of the household.
No automatic subscription
No payment card is required when applying. Participation in early access does not create an automatic paid subscription. Any future subscription requires a separate and deliberate choice after pricing and applicable terms are shown.
Appropriate use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit unlawful or misleading content, impersonate another person or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or information.
Product limitations
Rellan is intended to support household coordination and record keeping. It does not replace professional legal, medical, accounting, immigration or employment advice. Users remain responsible for decisions and for checking information where accuracy is important.
Intellectual property
The Rellan name, symbol, website design, product demonstrations and original content belong to Eagle Court Ventures Limited or its licensors. You may view the website for personal evaluation but may not reproduce or exploit it without permission.
Third-party services
Rellan may work with third-party services and communication channels. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. Rellan is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided for information and early-access application purposes without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
